found the two years rewarding and stimulating, and would like to thank

’ The seven members of council and the staff have worked togother
harmoniously, and as a team. Each incumbant, who is running a gain
has made a valuable contribution to the considerable progress that
been made In 2 years. | feel that the citizens of the city would be well
