ROD Clark has vowed to try again. with a motion calling for nine-year term limits for North Vancouver City Council members: He failed to find support for the con- cept at a council meeting held Wednesday, May 5. His motion asked city staff to look into limiting the mayor and councillors to three three-year terms.
