Dear Editor:

{am furious. I just heard on a
news broadcast that) Human
Resources is cutting back on peo-
ple who own hemes, summer cot-
tages, snowmobiles, boats, etc.
How in blazes did they qualify in
the first place?

1, too, am on welfare and have
none of the above. No wonder
there is no increase for the truly
deserving who just barely exist.

Is there no investigation at
Human Resources? If not, why
not? The whole thing smells to
high heaven.
