question of unrestricted shopp:ng hours in the District
of North Vancouver pursuant to section 283 of the
Municipal Act

The Councu for The Corporation of the District ot
North Vancouver enacts the following
TITLE

1 This bylaw may be cited as “UNRESTRICTED
SHORPING HOURS REFERENDUM BYLAW "

REFERENDUM ON UNRESTRICTED SHOPPING HOURS

2 A referendum shall be held at the elections ot
November 17, 1984 to obtain the electors opi.
nion on the following question

“Are you in favour of implementing unrestricted
shopping hours on Monday through Saturday for
all classes of shops in tne District of Nortn Van-
couver?
