A 36-year-old North
Vancouver man has been
awarded . $2,341 com-
pensation as the result of a
recent beating up.

He was attacked and
beaten on a North Van-
couver street by an assailant
wielding a club. The victim
suffered a fractured skull,
contusions and a perforation
of the left eardrum.

The $2,341 was awarded
by the -Worker’s Com-
pensation Board for loss of
wages and injuries.
