McKay was required to pay $1,150 restitution. Before Judge Jerome Paradis on Dec. 14, 1998: Paul Simon Vernon Toms, 27, of Vancouver, was jailed 24 months after he pleaded guilty to the break, enter and theft of a house in the 1200-block of Plateau Drive on Oct. 20, 1998 in North Vancouver City. The jail sentence was to be served concurrently to any sen- tence Toms was serving. Before Judge Bill Rodgers on Dec. rs 1998: Michael Joseph Mousseau, . 34, of Surrey, was jailed nine months and received 24 months’ probation after he pleaded guilty to the break, enter and theft of a dwelling on Grouse Mountain on Sept. 23, 1998.
