THE Better Business
Bureau (BBB) has these
words of advice for
last-minute shoppers:
watch out for refund
and exchange rules
which may vary from
store to store.

“Knowing 2 business*
refund and exchange policy
up-front can save consumers
big hassles and headaches,
especially during December,
the country’s heaviest shop-
ping month,” said BBB
spokesman Valerie MacLean.
“The following tips will make
the shopping experience a
pleasant and profitable one
for all concerned.”
