Phase II Completion

The second and final phase of the
popular Somerset Green retirement
complex will shortly be ready for new
residents. |

Construction workers are now putting
the:finishing touches on 60 new
condominium residences just to the
west tof Phase along 29th / Avenue i in

New Facilities

With the completion of the second
phase of the Somerset Green complex,
a new set of recreation facilities
becomes available for all residents.
These include a hobby room, medical
examination room, card room, and
two fully furnished guest suites.

A cheery resident's lounge, exercise
room, lap swimming pool and jacuzzi
are contained in Phase I.
