Crissy Mittendorfer, a 14
year old Flicka gymnast
came home for the B.C.
Winter Games with her
Suitcase packed with three
gold medals.

Competing in the 14 and
under category. the young
lady swept the over-all gold
as well as putting away the
top spot in the vault and the
uneven bars.

Another gymnast,
Meghan Marus of West Van,
picked up a silver medal in
the floor exercises for the 15
and over category.

Tama Percy, another
home with a pold in the
balance beam for the 14 and
under category which helped
the North Shore team to win
the overall uthe for this age

group.

Curling

The Wendy Johnston rink
of the North Van Recreation
Centre captured the silver
medal at the B.C. Winter
Games which finished in
Revelstoke over the
weekend.

The rink was made up of
Wendy Johnston, skip, Alice
Davies, third, Pat Kryciak,
second and Lorraine Baron.
