The girl was molested in West Vancouver. Frank was sen- tenced to four vears in jail. Perry reecived a three-year jail term. The brothers are appealing. Juror on trial @ The B.C Supreme Court trial of Canada’s most fanious juror and North Vancouver resident Gillian Guess got off to an awkward start. Among other things, Guess wanted to sit at the lawyers’ table beside her lawyer instead of where the accused person normally sits in the courtroom. Her request was granted. Guess was charged with attempting to obstruct justice while a juror in one of the longest and expensive Canadian murder trials. The accused murderers were acquitted unlike Guess who was found guilty of her charge. Guess’ charge cen- tered on her intimate relation: ship with one of the accused murderers whonr she was to decide the innocence or guilt.
