A 34-YEAR-OLD North Van-
couver lawyer has announced he
will seek the Liberal nomination in
the new federal riding of North
Vancouver.

Mark Moseley has been a North
Vancouver resident since 1977 and
is currently a partner in a Van-
couver law firm.

In announcing his candidacy,
Moseley said the major issues fac-
ing North Vancouver residents and
the rest of the Canadian electorate
included the Canadian Navy's
shipbuilding program, free trade
and child-care.
