The ticket was for parking his car facing traffic flow outside of his Edgemont home. It’s a perfect sym- bol to complement the image of a feisty little bantam rooster willing to take on anyone, at anytime on any subject matter — whether it’s swim- ming against the tide of NDY boon- Goggles and chicanery or standing up to North Vancouver District’s limiting of private property rights.
