Famous Players’ may just be starting. Just six days after 21-year-old Caster was sentenced to life in prison for the shooting death of Mohammed Mirhadi, he was named in a wrongful death law- suit filed by Mirhadi’s parents and infant daughter. Caster was convicted of first degree murder by a B.C. Supreme Court jury in New Westminster on Feb. 10. Mirhadi was shot three times in a front row seat during a packed screening of Donnie Brasco at Famous Players’ Esplanade 6 complex on Feb. 28, 1997.
