At ! p.m. sharp this Sunday, the entire fleet of ducks will be dumped into the Capilano River rapids from the Upper Levels Highway overpass, and the owner of the fastest bird will walk away with a holiday for two in Hong Kong and Australia. Feist and organizer Harold Str- inger say they are confident this year’s race will come close to sell- ing out.
