ing proposed amendment to the “Zoning By-law,

To rezone Lots 27, 28, 29 and portion of lane, Block

The proposed by-law will regulate the permitted uses,

quirements, landscaping and maintenance, location
and screening of refuse storage containers, and also
provides for public open space by prohibiting fenc-
ing of the lane portion of the subject property.
