TWO BASIC KINDS

There are two basic types
of personal lLte insurance —
term, and whole lite (some-
times called = permanent)—
but Vartations of each
abound

People buy term insurance
for a specific period— say.
five years. Die within that
time and your beneficiary 1s
paid the face amount of the
policy. When the period
ends, so does the protecuion

vers you for your entire life,

and on death, pays the face
amount to your beneficiary.
It's a very flexible kind of

pohcy that permits various
kinds of premium = ar-
fangements and different

choices as to how benefits
may be received.
