A large exuberant crowd was on hand last Thursday night to celebrate the reopening of Fast Eddie's cabaret at 304 Lonsdale Avenue in North Van- couver. The nightclub which was completely gutted by fire on January 1, 1979, has. been completely renovated ‘by owner Simon Patrich, fs Patrich, manager Wayne Fedi and other celebreties were present at Thursday's grand reopening. Those in attendance were treated to a dance display by celebrity dance couple Carlos and Barbi, and they themselves danced _ to nonstop disco music. A restaurant adjoining Fast Eddie’s, that was also © damaged by fire, is scheduled to reopen in the near future, as an Italian restauant.
