found pre-packaged at the
meat counter, but most
stores will gladly sell you
parts should you ask.

It is also worthwhile

. considering the purchase of a

whole bird, and having the
butcher cut it up into more
usable portions. ;

The recipes below offer
two new treatments for the
more popular turkey pieces-
the wing and the drumstick:

Oven-Baked Wings

2% to3 pounds turkey wings

2 pounds finely crushed
potato chips

1. to 2 tbsp Worcestershire

sauce

tbsp cooking oil

tsp lemon juice

tsps poultry seasoning

4. tsp salt oe

Grease shallow baking pan

and pre-heat oven to 350°

degrees F. Wash wings and
pat dry.

Combine Worcestershire
sauce, cooking oii, lemon
juice, poultry seasoning and
salt. Stir well,

Brush each wing with this
mixture and roll in potato

chips. Place the wings on the’
greased baking -pan,. and
bake without turning for 1 to
1% hours or until tender.

Yield: 4 servings.
Drummers Paprika
2% to 3 pounds turkey

drumsticks
2 tbsp cooking oil -

_1-— cup finely chopped onion

1 tbsp paprika

1 tsp salt ;

chicken bouillon cubes
cups water

cup flour

1 cup sour cream

Wash drumsticks and pat
dry. Brown drumsticks in a
