were reluctant to move and
transport it such a long

later a vet phoned us with the
suggestion that we, bring it to
surgery in the morning. I
explained I was unable to do
this, as our own cat is very
hostile to strangers, and...

He had no. suggestion
other than the S.P.C.A. and
told me that if I were not
prepared to follow the
instructions to keep it over-
night, then it was my

had found it took it to him,
where presumably it was
finally treated for its injuries.
