Atter 41 years of service he retired in 1979, then qui- etly moved into the position of municipal hall archivist for a further 19 vears. He's — preserved and bound decades of local newspapers beginning in 1926, and hopes thev'll eventually be available for public review at the West Vancouver Museum and Archives. Today, however, Harrison is enjoying 2 long-overdue retirement together with his wite Grace. But he’s not far from West Vancouverites’ thoughts.
