Saute the vegetables in butter
until limp. Dissolve the cornstarch
in the “4 cup water. Dissolve the
bouillon cubes in the % cup water.
Add to vegetables along with
pineapple juice. Simmer 5 min. on
Jow heat. Add the sugar, vinegar
and soy sauce.

In a deep roaster arrange the
ribs in a single layer. Add a little
water and cover tightiy. Bake at
350°F about an hour, depending
On the thickness of the ribs. They
should be tender and completely
cooked. Drain well. Pour sauce
over and bake, uncovered, %
hour, basting occasionally.
