4 cups white sugar

4 tbsp instant coffee
26 oz. rye whiske

y
2 vanilla beans cut in half

lengthwise ,

Boil water and suger a good
five minutes. Use one cup

hot liquid to dissolve coffee,

Add to syrup and bring just

to boil, stirring constantly.

Remove from heat and add

whiskey and vanilla beans.

Put in gallon jug and let sit

for two weeks,
