A decreased international student cnroliment is forcing West Vancouver's school board to cut approximately $1 mil- lion trom its 1998-99 budger. The school distne? prepos- es an operating budget of approximately, $37.8) million for the vear. “It's only because of the international students thar we have been able to balance the budget (in the past)” said trustee Erica Bell-Lowther. “We're projecting a decrease in internacional enrollment (and) that’s having a huge impact on us.
