Company president Yves Potvin was recognized in the en- trepreneurship category for his creative efforts to build a thriving business in the North American fast food industry. Yves Veggie Cuisine was also recognized in the small business category and now produces and distributes healthy, nutritious alternatives to conventional fast foods to health stores, specialty shops and supermarkets across North America.
