Dealing with stress in our lives, from studying for exams to job deadlines and relationships is crit- ical to good health. Mrs. Kirk Owen, a previous workshop participant, and senior citizen in her 60s wishes she could have learned the workshop tech- niques earlier. Often described as a high energy person, Mrs. Owen learned tech- niques which enabled her to harness her intensity, resulting in less anxiety.
