Peddie receives award Richard Peddie, general manager of the British Columbia Housing Management Commission, has been named as a recipient of the 1997 Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation (CMHC) award for an Outstanding Contribution to Social Housing. The award was presented by Peter R.
