MG PROFESSIONAL Images
Ltd., which operates its retail
division under the name ‘Com-
pliment Fashions,’ has entered in-
to an arrangement to acquire the
location of Michel’s Hair Design,
next door to Compliment Fash-
ions at 148 W. 15th St., a half
block west of Lonsdale Avenue.

Michel’s will close on July 17
and Compliment will close on July
29 in order to renovate both loca-
tions.

It is anticipated that the new,
Jarger store will be open for
business in the second week of
August.

Michel Ibrahim, who has
operted Michel’s for the past
year, will stay on with one or two
additional Vancouver stylists.

Compliment provides personal
presentation services for women
including image and wardrobe
consulting and seminars, color
and makeup analysis, along with
the retailing of clothing and ac-
cessories.

With the doubling of retail
floor space and the addition of
on-site hair styling to its list of
services, the company is making
the first step towards its goal of
providing a complete personal
presentation service.
