THE BASICS Andrea’s reflects its namesake’s working class sensibilities. It goes for the basics in both food and price. Menu is decked out like a Kingsway used car salesman: toud colors alongside a family photograph album of entrees all dressed up in their finest parsley and onion-ring outfits.
