A QUICK response by police
coupled with the alert track-
ing instincts of a police dog
led West Vancouver Police
to an arrest of a robbery
suspect early Saturday.

And the dog didn’t have
far to go to locate the
suspect — he was still at the

Calling in a police track-
ing dog to the scene, police
were able to flush out a
suspect who was hiding in-
side the pharmacy, located
at 1402 Marine Drive.

Charged with break, enter

To presstime, police did
not have any other suspects
in connection with the case.
It was also not revealed
whether any items were
taken in the break-in.
