A delegation from Highland Turnkey, the company that has been in- volved in negotiations over the future over the site, is scheduled to appear before North Vancouver City coun- ° cil at its regular meeting. The meeting: will get underway at 7:30 p.m., with .the delegation likely to ap- pear shortly after that time. It has been almost a year since the initial announce- ment that the North Van- conver distillery would be closed and it has been four months since the gardens were closed.
