standards of quality have to be met every day we open our doors. That's how
we are able to serve you the highest possible quality at the lowest possible
prices. And, you know, almost 98% of the time our food and paper products
are bought in Canada. We're proud of that.

Our new supplier Rene Fluri meets our qualifications.

; Well-known and respected in the industry for 22 years, Rene Fluri is the
founder and President of Gizella Pastry Ltd.
In his new association with McDonald's, he will set up and operate a
bakery that will exclusively supply buns for McDonald's in British Columbia.
This will mean new construction, jobs for Canadians, and a return to our
preference of doing business locally.

His new company which will be situated in the Greater Vancouver area :
will be operational in 1983.
