Esso and Fiberglas Canada published the following offer on how to
save money on insulation and fuel oil:

“When you buy Fiberglas Canada pink batt or roll insulation for
your home from the building supply outlet of your choice, Esso will
credit 10% of the cost of your FIBERGLAS** insulation to your Esso
fuel oil account’

The Esso and Fiberglas offer referred to government Home Insula-
tion grants. At the time, the Canadian Home Insulation Program
(CHIP) offer was as follows:

If your home was built before 1946 and is not located in a building
more than three stories, you may be eligible for a grant covering % of
the insulation materials cost. (To a maximum of $350.00)

In a recent government announcement, a new Canadian Home
Insulation Program (CHIP) grant would allow eligible home owners to
obtain a 100% rebate of the insulation materials cost. (To a maximum of
