Owners are now prevented trom redeveloping a home to a higher height without council approval. The intent is to pre- vent: “monster” homes until such time as all neighbour- hoods have the opportunity to adopt local zoning with neigh- bourhood-agreed height and bulk limitations. An award- winning initiative that is direct- ly democratic.
