John Melvin L’Hirondelle, 48, of Vancouver, received 12 months probation after he pleaded guilty to committing mischief by breaking windows * Frederick belonging to a woman on Jan. 3 in North Vancouver City. Berore Judge Jerry Paradis in North Vancouver provincial court on Jan. 20: Adrian Sean Clarke, 30, no address given, received a six- month conditional jail sen- tence and 12 morths proba- tion after he pleaded guilty to breaching probation by drink- ing alcohol on Nov. 9, 1996. A conditional jail sentence is not served in jail. Burnaby mani in jail for break-in A 22-year-old Burraby man was recently jailed for six months in con- nection with a house burglary in the Central Lonsdale area. Robert James Pickerill pleaded guilty to the break and enter of a home in the 200-block of East 22nd Street on Jan. 14.
