Grant is part of Overwaitea’s own chain-
wide team of Recycling Clerks dedicated to the
recovery of our in-store waste.

On average, Grant and his 44 fellow
Recycling Clerks manage to recycle 85% of all
in-store waste. To-date they have successfully

diverted over 5000 metric tones (or 455 semi-
trailers) away from landfills and packed ic off to
outside reprocessors!

So, yau can see why Grant is smiling. His
program, the first of its kind in Canada, is a fine
exampie of industry taking responsibility for its
