comes to town

him in person.

Internationally renowned image
consultant Robert Pante will be in
Vancouver for Oct. 15 to show
you how to dress for the winning
image you want.

And to help you get there, the
North Shore News is running a
contest for free tickets to the sem-
inar.

Ten people will be chosen from
the contest entries to attend the
evening at Le Meridien.

As well as being a fashion and
image consultant, Pante also
trains other consultants and is the
author of the best-selling book
Dressing to Win: How to Have
More Money, Romance and
Power in Your Life.

Sponsored by the News and
Heatheringtons, the seminar will
include a keynote address by
Pante. He will also choose
members from the audience for a

complete makeover.’

Using these volunteers, Pante
will teach seminar participants
how they can give themselves. a
new fook. He also helps the au-
dience find out what stops them
from looking and dressing their
best.

‘Introducing the seminar will be
Toby Silverton and Bev McLagan,
both registered clinical counsellors
noted for their work in the area of
eating disorders and body-image
dissatisfaction. In their pres-
entation they will address the
issues of self-esteem and_ self-

trained image consultants.

forms will be run on an ongoing
basis unti! Oct. 8, the deadline for
entries.

Tickets cost $50 and are avail-
