robbed of cash

A GAS station on Dollarton Highway in Deep Cove was robbed by °

a man, who threatened an attendant with 2 knife.’

North Vancouver RCMP said the man entered 2 Petro-Canada
service station May. ‘11 at 1:35 p.m, produced a knife and
demanded 1 money.:

After being given $200, the man fled on foot.

The suspect is described as a white male, 30 to 35- -years- -old, ap-
proximately: five. foot, -eight: inches, with dirty blonde to light
brown hair, a mustache and a stocky build.

SENTINEL SECONDARY School

Rick Mark was recently ap-
pointed to the position by the West
Vancouver School Board.

Since 1985, Mark has worked
for the Ministry of Education, first
as curriculum coordinator for
science and technology, Grade It,
and physical education for Grades
{t and 12.

Prior to his ministry appoint-

ment, Mark was the principal of
the Shoreline Community Junior
Secondary School in Victeria from
1979 to 1984. He has taught at
Spectrum Commun’ y Senior Sec-
ondary School in Victoria from
1974 to 1977 and at Killarney Sec-
ondary School in Vancouver from
1971 to 1974,

Mark is a graduate of Delbrook
Senior Secondary School. He holds
a Bachelor of Arts Education
