Club did score an upset, however, routing the team from Anchorage by a score of 8-0. Tournament orga- nizers said the defeat was the first for Anchorage in tour- nament play this season. The North Vancouver Rec Centre recorded their sole -win over Victoria, with their goalie, Lorne Bird, named to the tournament’s second all-star team. © .
