-endum REPRESENTATIVES OF Morth Vancouver City and District councils are seeking to meet with a represeniative of West Vancouver District council in an effort to stall West Van’s withdrawal from the Emergency Measures Program. Both North Van City and District councils have gone 10 - Friday, May 3, 1985 - North Shore News on record as being opposed to the proposed withdrawal. West Van council is awaiting a report on what services the municipality receives for the money it spends on the organization. The issue is to be discussed at an upcoming meeting.
