Today's Feature Home belongs to Danny and Ilva Larizza of Lynn Valley. A large, practical family home of 4,800 square feet, it has four bedrooms, an office, three fireplaces, and a double garage. Designed by Tony Adamo, Danny contracted out some of the work and also took part in a large part of the con- strucuon. Taking four months to design and ten months to build, Danny's main concer was to build a high quality home. Great attention to detail is evident throughout such as using 2x6's_ for construction instead of 2x4's and 2x10's for the roof. The entire house is over- insulated including the garage.
