(Ellsworth Dickson photo) Man found thieves A West Vancouver man returned to his home Friday evening and found there were people already there who had broken into it. The man, who lives on the 1800 block Ottawa went to a neighbor’s home and called the police. A youth tried to leave the man's home while the police were on their way and the householder ap- prehended him. Police found a total of three juveniles had been in the house and as a result of their investigation have charged five juveniles with three counts of break and entry. None of the incidents had been reported to the police. When 13 of his female staff presented him with a petition stating that the pictures - wunexplicit sketches of naked women - were obscene, Mayor Jack Loucks said he would let public opinion be the judge.
