Council of the District of North Vancouver invites
you to join a Symposium to discuss concerns with
existing Single-Family Residential Regu!ations in the
Zoning Bylaw and possible solutions relating to infill
development (new house construction) in estab-
lished neighbourhoods.

Single-Faraily Residential Zoning Regulations are
bylaws which serve to regulate height, setbacks, size
and site coverage of a house that may be built on a
lot.

Join the Symposium for a brief presentation on how
the bylaw works now and concerns that have been
raised. This is an opportuntiy for you to share your
concerns.
