at the Canadian Home
Builders’ Association of
B.C. convention in
Whistler.

The Molnar Group, one
of Vancouver’s largest

a remarkable three first
prizes for The Lido, a
beautiful 148-unit, river
front condominium project

in New Westminster: Best
Multi-Family Project over
$140,000 per unit, Best
Marketing Catnpaign, and
the Grand SAM Award for
outstanding sales and mar-
keting achievement.

The Quality Plus award
was presented to HK-CAN
Development Corp. for their

City Gardens project,
tocated on Frances Street in
Vancouver — 28 affordable,
condominium units con-
structed to the Quality Plus
energy-efficient standard.
