Before Judge D.E. Mass in North Vancouver provincial court on Feb. 20: Rae Ford Morris received a conditional discharge and was placed on probation for six months after the 67-year-old North Vancouver man was found guilty of stealing a screwdriver bit from Lumberland Building Mate- tials Ltd. on Nov. 26, 1990. Moss in North Vancouver provincial court on Feb. £9: David John Ledgerwood receiv- ed a conditional discharge and was placed on probation for one year after the 19-year-old North Vancouver man was found guilty of mischief under $1,000 in con- nection with a March 17, 1990 in- cident in which a black 1987 Ford Mustang was scratched. Before Judge W.J. Rodgers in North Vancouver provincial court on Feb. 18: Stanley Albert Thomas was sentenced to 30 days in jail after the 18-year-old North Vancouver man pleaded guilty to breaking and entering Feb. 8 into a resi- dence in the 700-block of East 4th. eoe Carlos Ernesto Escobar-Jiminez was sentenced to seven days in jail after the 22-year-old Vancouver man pleaded guilty to stealing a leather jacket on Feb. 21, 1990. Before Judge J.D. Layton in North Vancouver provincial court on Feb. 15: Dennis Webb was fined 3150 after the 57-year-old North Van- couver man was found guilty of two counts of hit and run and one count of failing to report damage to a property owner. The charges stem from a May 20, 1990 incident in which two parked cars on East Sixth were hit and the Bentley Mews complex gate damaged. Before Judge W.J. Gerald Wayne Baker was sentenced to 10 days in jail after the 44-year-old West Vancouver man pleaded guilty to stealing merchandise from Shoppers’ Drug Mart in Park Royal on Oct. 12, 1990.
