ing offered this fall at Eagle Har-
bour Community Centre.

Romy Reimann will conduct two
classes on spa cooking for leaner
and healthier eating, Tuesday, Oct.
18 and Thursday, Nov. !0 from 7
to 10 p.m. ‘

Reimann will also instruct a
workshop on cooking with herbs
and exotic spices on Thursday,
Nov. 3 from 7 to 10 p.m.

Learn to use your microwave to
its full potential in microwave
courses on Tuesday, Oct. 25 and
Tuesday, Nov. 1 from 7 to 9:30
p.m. An assortment of foods will
be covered and hints and tips on
recipes included.

will learn the history and pres-
entation of Thai food and how
these relate to the rich culture of
Thailand. The Thai menu includes
a complete meal from appetizer to
dessert.

A workshop on pasta cooking
will be featured on Thursday, Nov.
17 from 7 to 10 p.m. Pasta salads,
sauces and pasta dishes such as
B.C. salmon and primavera
vegetables in lasagna leaf with
creamed mustard sauce will be in-
cluded. .
