In a split vote, Phase il of
the plan was endorsed by
North Vancouver District
Council and sent to the 1986
budget deliberations.

Phase 1, which is estimated
at $450,000 of work to the
two parks has already deen

approved and the engineer-'-
ing drawing commissioned: :
