healthy cardio vascular systems while raising funds for heart research and education. Participants in the

event will receive pledges and take part in an aerobic workout led by instructors from fitness institutions —

across ‘he North Shore. The event takes place ox Saturday, Nov. 26 at the West Vancouver Recreation Cen-
tre, 780-22nd St. Registration starts at 4 p.m. The workout runs from 4:30 to 6 p.m.
