Residents are encouraged to join forces with their neighbors and collect lncer, garbage and green waste from the streets, sidewalks, lanes, alleys and public places, including Park and Ride areas in their neighborhood. ‘Then, they can bag up the waste and take it to either a nearby Park and Ride iocation or Fire Hall No. 3 in Lower Caulieild. The association has arranged tor Canadian Waste to collect the bagged garbage from the designated sites on the morning of Monday, April 27. Last year, in the national Communities in Bioom competition, West Vancouver was cho- sen as the most beautiful municipality in Canada for its size —— this year, it’s entering the international competition.
