CONSUMER DEMAND
for pre-purchase inspec-
tions of potential real
estate purchases is
“booming,” according to
James Dobney, president
of Advocate Home
Inspection Lid. of Port
Coquitlam, B.C.

“In the past five years we
estimate that the per-

35% of the market in
the Lower.Mainland of
B.C." says Dobney, a
past president of the
British Columbia
