Do you really think if humane to
allow stray animals to roam —~
sorry, free range? Do you wonder
who might feed them, treat their il-
Inesses, offer them companion-
ship?

And what about the risk of their

lives — we have picked up over

1,500 dead animals on the streets

of the Lower Mainland this year.
